All information we collect is primarily in the interest of accurate order processing. when you sign up on our online store as a new customer, you will be asked to provide some personal information, such as first & last name, billing address, shipping address (es) and a contact e-mail address and telephone number. this information is used only for the purposes of processing and shipping your order, and will never be disclosed to any party outside of necessary channels to ship and process your order in a timely manner.
Refund Policy
If any product you order, or receive as a gift, from The Mockingbird does not meet your expectations, for any reason, send it back to us unused within 15 days of the delivery date, and we will promptly refund 100% of your purchase price. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
Shipping Policy
Please be assured that your items will ship out within five (5) business days of purchase. All items are shipped via Fed Ex ground service. Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Fed Ex deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express or 2-day shipping, please call us at 910.692.5338. Note that standard shipping is free on all domestic orders over $100. $25.00 per order will be added to the all shipping charges for international orders and orders outside the continental United States.
